At Capstone 1031 Exchange, LLC, the Forward Exchange Fee is a flat rate of $500. The $500 Flat Rate includes any number of relinquished and/or replacement properties that are involved in a single exchange transaction. In other words, unlike other Accommodators, Capstone 1031 Exchange does not charge extra for additional properties in a 1031 exchange.

The $500 Flat Rate also includes the following services:

  • Preparation of all exchange paperwork including Exchange Agreements, Assignment Agreements, and Identification Forms
  • Notification of important 1031 exchange deadlines
  • Creation of a segregated trust account with Union Bank of California, insuring Safe Harbor guidelines are met
  • Fidelity Bond coverage and Errors & Omissions coverage on each transaction
  • No additional charges for same day rush documents
  • All mail and delivery charges, including overnight
